Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mix of experiences. On the positive side, the rooms with Japanese-style twin beds were cozy and clean. However, the Wi-Fi was very poor, and the so-called queen bed was tiny. The service, on the other hand, was top-notch with the staff being incredibly helpful and even providing name cards for a personal touch. The location, while close to the Hakata bus terminal and JR station, was slightly noisy due to being in the main business district. Sadly, dining wasn't included, but they did offer prime steaks. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location was superb, just opposite the Hakata bus terminal and in the main business district of the city. The rooms were cozy with a Platform Japanese Style design and a humidifier, making them very comfortable. However, there was a slight issue with cigarette smoke on certain floors. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very attentive and even providing us with name cards. On the downside, dining options were not included, but I did enjoy the steaks. Overall, it was great value for money.
